Booker's Bourbon Batch 2018-04 "Kitchen Table"

It developed into a very good example of Bookers after sitting open for a few weeks. Was not impressed with neck pour, then came back to it and loved it.

Wow. There is a lot going on here. The nose is muted and almost one-dimensional. The flavor is, as my wife put it, like a firework going off in my mouth. Very balanced and not too sweet. Spicy and fruity. Tasted neat, no rocks or water.
