Booker's Bourbon Batch 2018-04 "Kitchen Table"

Enjoying this at Saloon at Davis Square near Boston

Fantastic nose. I could smell this for hours. This is what all bourbon should taste like. Daayum!

Nose is medium alcohol but sweet fruit and caramel. Heated first sip but smooths out super quick. Thick mouth coating with sweet charred toffee and caramel taste. Almost no bitterness. Very Nice. Second sip just as much warming with even a thicker mouth coating. Heavy duty alcohol on this bad boy. Good stuff.

128 proof! Recommend drinking on the rocks, nice finish.

Nose is like fresh vanilla cake. Taste matches the nose. Finish is long and dry

At first you get a astringent alcohol taste , then it settles down and gives you those well developed flavors of Bookers you have come to expect.
