Booker's Bourbon Batch 2021-03 "Bardstown Batch"
This is the 3rd release of the Booker’s Bourbon 2021 Collection. Like all previous batches, this expression honors an aspect of the life of late 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, and this one is a tribute to the town which he and other generations of the Beam family called home. Also as with all previous batches, this one was was selected by 7th Generation Master Distiller Fred Noe.
It is aged 6 years and 5 months, and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 125.5 proof, available as of October, 2021. .

Tasting Notes
"This is a rather autumnal expression, with aromas of baked apple pastry and sweet spices wafting out of the glass. On the palate, there's more fruitiness from banana and ripe red apple along with vanilla icing- like sweetness, toasted corn, cinnamon, clove, charred oak and a hint of leather. The finish is quite rich and viscous, almost creamy, with a tingly heat coating the throat. "
