Tasting Notes
"Subtle peat smoke mingles among an acetonal tang to start this whisky before revealing cereal malts on the nose. Vanilla and burning caramel mingle with the smoke and soon after pine and oak enter the background. The palate intensifies the peat along with roasted malt and smoked apples. The finish is long and the peat pungent with a kiss of citrus sending you off. "
