Tasting Notes
"Despite the rich raisins and stewed fruits on the nose and in the mouth, there is some dryness in the middle from the tannins in the wood. Sea spray and dark chocolate come through as well as a gentle peat smoke. Although it might be a wee bit top heavy with sweetness, the finish is a pleasant one."
