Tasting Notes
"A nice salinity gives this Bowmore a subtle coastal influence, as do the kippers, but it's mainly the tropical fruits that strike a note. The palate does show some smoke and tar, but subtly and with great harmony. Slightly briny, but with classic Bowmore fruit in the background: bitter grapefruit, lychees and a touch of lemon peel. Near perfect Bowmore—a stunner worthy of being a Fèis Ìle bottling."
