Tasting Notes
"A shockingly luscious and vibrant nose delivers a fruit basket of bright tropical and floral notes, with stray wafts of salt underneath. The palate showcases peach, green apple, and honey, with a light, clean smoky trail coming on late. The long smooth finish lingers for ages without a trace of heat. Its age shows most here, with oak and tannins backed by a bit of bitterness and rancio, rounded out by more honeyed, floral sweetness. May we all be as brilliant, bright and well-rounded at 50 years."
