Tasting Notes
"The whisky is a beautiful mahogany in the glass, with the nose opening up to showcase prunes and dried fruits, broiled meat, milk chocolate, furniture varnish, and sea spray. The palate is rich up front with waxy clover honey, butterscotch, and berries giving way to black pepper and phenolics in the form of rubber and tar. A tantalizing finish showcases oyster brine and iodine along with a swirl of flavors including dulce de leche, strawberry ice cream, leather, oak, and campfire smoke."
