Bozal Cempasúchil
Bozal Cempasúchil is a limited edition mezcal from the brand's Reserva collection which features rare agaves and traditional production techniques. Made in the ancestral method with roasted wild espadín agave hand-crushed with wooden mallets, it's double distilled in clay pot stills. During the final distillation, Cempasúchil flowers — traditional Mexican marigolds used during Diá de los Muertos celebrations — and mandarin orange peels are placed at the bottom of the still.
