Bozal Mezcal Cuixe

Bozal Mezcal Cuixe Single Maguey is made from wild cuixe agave, a subspecies of the Karwinskii Family of agave, harvested in the village of San Baltazar, Oaxaca. The distillery uses centuries old methods of distillation: cooking the hearts in earthen pit ovens, crushing them using a tehona wheel, using wild yeast for fermentation, and distilling in copper pot stills. Part of the 3 Badge Mixology portfolio, it is bottled at 47% ABV.
Mezcal JovenA spirit distilled from one or more different varieties of agave. Can only be produced in designated areas within 8 different Mexican states. Must be bottled in México. This is unaged or aged in stainless steel or plastic containers before bottling.
