Breckenridge Bourbon

Much better after letting it open up for several weeks.

The flavor is very different from what I expect from bourbon, but not in a bad way. I notice how smooth it is neat. It has a hard to put your finger on initial impression that is like cherry and coconut. As I read reviews, it’s probably the corn and butter influences. I think I like it better neat than on ice. It really does have some layers to reveal, but they disappear when too cold.

Easy to shoot with a good flavor. Fan.
