Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish

Classic sherry finished whiskey, dried fruit, great nose, but needs to be aged a bit longer. The ethanol on the palette is a little much, but I enjoy drinking this one.

Grains, fruit notes, corn on the nose... They come out even more on the palate. Little burn, but the flavors stayed for a few minutes. Solid pour

Smooth and sweet. Batch 7

Classic Bourbon honey with a slight fruit tinge from the PX barrel that's wrestling with an ethanol layer. This whiskey could stand to be aged longer to work out that ethanol and bring another desirable note into the flavor profile.
