Tasting Notes
"This whisky shows a light straw color and offers a nose combining bright grapefruit and cilantro hops aromas with a base of malty toasted hay and cracked grain. In the mouth bittersweet hops dominate and add an admirable juiciness to the palate that erases whisky’s usually somewhat alcoholic finish and gives a round, rich finish. Note: Review for Batch 001."
