Tasting Notes
"The nose is sweet ripe banana and baseball-pack bubblegum. The fruitiness carries over to the initial palate. The body is light and the mouthfeel is dry. The relatively short time spent in barrels doesn’t add much vanilla or woodiness, nor does it tame all the roughness. This is a sturdy rum that stands up well in cocktails, but it won’t be mistaken for a smooth sipper."
