Broken Paddle

Smooth tasting with some alcohol smell coming through. Warm baking spice, vanilla and sweet custard. Some rye shows up to round out the party too. Nice on its own or on the rocks.

This offers same multi-layered experience—from caramel, vanilla and christmas spices. There is an underlying nutty and orchard aromas adding to the caramel-rich, spice-tinged palate, and oak notes. The mouth feel was so soft i fogot ice. As an Artisanal Whiskey it holds it own.
