Brough Brothers Bourbon Whiskey

Aroma is oak and slight vanilla. Taste is alcohol with an aftertaste of oak and slight vanilla. With ice, the vanilla comes through with oak. Great when I mixed with ginger ale.

Tasting neat: Nose doesn’t offer much, some sweet corn and mild wood spice. Palate is thin with more sugared corn and cinnamon spice. Finish is pleasant and soft, with hints of oak and vanilla.

Vanilla upfront, very little oak through out, but I do like supporting the new guys so I’m giving this a better than average rating
