Tasting Notes
"This is a completely elegant style of whisky with beautiful aromas of toasted cereals, lemon pith, and burnt hay. On further nosing, sweeter tones of baked honey join in the fray. Visually the whisky is an attractive straw-gold showing noticeably lighter than most malts. The palate has nice weight and shows pure barely flavors with highlights of vanilla. A refreshing and vigorous finish of citrus and sea salt makes this a fine summer time dram. "
