Bruxo No. 2 Pechuga de Maguey Mezcal
Mezcal Joven
Bruxo // Oaxaca, Mexico
When we think of Pechuga, which means "breast," we associate this style of mezcal with poultry.
Bruxo's Pechuga, the work of maestro Pablo Garcia, is an unusual vegetarian creation in which the roasted maguey heart is infused in the mezcal itself for a bolder agave flavor profile.

Tasting Notes
"This is a Pechuga for the true agave lover - full-bodied, full-flavored and full-on! It's at once floral, chocolatey, sweet and spicy with a viscous texture that has a surprisingly clean finish. The only thing that might disappoint mezcal fans is there is very little smoke, but it makes up for that in saltiness and overall uniqueness."
