Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream

Distiller review template Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Thick and light brown. Think chocolate milk. Nose: Muted notes of caramel and vanilla. Palate: Sweet and creamy, with an unmistakable whiskey note. Finish: Short with very little heat. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 7/10 - This was a pleasant surprise, almoat a cocktail in a bottle. I hadn’t expected it to be as sweet as it was. Ultimately this is a mixer or simply a curiosity, but it was fun to try.
