Buffalo Trace Bourbon

Lots of vanilla and sweetness with delicate floral note. After that it becomes spicy. The finish is not too long

I am getting a sweetness upfront on the nose, almost like a melted butter scent - its not overpowering but definitely present. I am getting a bit of a muted leathery tone to it as well - like a new baseball mit kind of smell. It's a rather simple nose to me. The simplicity continues with me on the palate. It's a slightly sweet nutty taste, like a lightly carmelized cashew note to it but nothing really else is jumping out to me. It is a smooth sip and a nice daily sipper. Doesn't blow me out of the water but really great quality if you can find it at MSRP.

A little bit of heat up front, and then a nice sweet and smooth finish with notes caramel, vanilla, and fruits

Probably the best bang for the buck on the cheaper end.
