Smooth and maple syrupy after ice starts to melt

Alot of honey, vanilla, and cinnamon on the nose. Vanilla upfront, heat and pepper along the tongue, vanilla for a lingering aftertaste. A few drops of water really bring out the honey scent, drop the pepper/heat level, and add a butterscotch taste before the vanilla lingers. Again, I'd add this to my collection.

I have read widely it is a favorite of bartenders. Solid.

Caramel is the largest boldest note. Sweet with minimal wood, but enough. Way easy to drink. Be careful.
