Bulleit 10 Year Bourbon

I found this to be a similar flavor profile to Blanton’s; not as oily as Blanton’s, and this is more on the dry side, likely due to additional Rye. Affordable and the price is right. If you can’t find nor afford Blanton’s, start with this.

Fairly smooth, nothing that stands out, long burn to the finish

Smooth yet a little spicy

Very balanced and complex with good intensity. A lot of wood initially, but leather, dried fruit, cinnamon and pepper come in waves. Spicy finish with vanilla and maple syrup notes.
