Bulleit Bourbon

So fricken good. Smooth. Great sipping

Nose: vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, spice, corn Palate: spice, rye, and corn Finish: medium vanilla, rye A sweet and rye heavy bourbon. Pretty good flavor, but definitely simple. Worth the price of admission

Didn’t realize I have never rated this because who sips this? We typically use for old fashions. Tried neat. On the nares I get corn, vanilla, slight ethanol. There is not much to it on the palate. I get corn and ethanol with a hot kick of ethanol at the end. Not complex but honestly, not as bad sipped neat as I was expecting.

So much worse than Woodford

Woody, spicy, some citrus. Smooth

Preferred neat. Nose has vanilla notes. Taste of cinnamon.
