Tried neat with @Looneyhead On the nose its somewhat fruit forward with notwsnof oak, apple, rasberries, caramel, brown sugar. Really smooth on the palate with notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, char, pepper.. spicyy

On the nose it smells sweet and toasted with notes of vanilla, caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, honey, oak, pears, toast. On the palate notes cinnamon, hot honey, oak, brown sugar
