Spicy oak and toasted corn on the nose. A rich, smooth palate that brings burnt, mildly spicy, caramel, and vanilla. It is a soft dram all the way through, even with a persistent spice. A nice sweet caramel corn finish to round out the sip.

First sniff has notes of sweet toasted vanilla. First sip starts smooth with carmel and vanilla notes that slowly warms up with a lite grain spice and mellows to a toasted corn notes with a spice finish.

The 70% corn has a little burn on the nose but not on the pallet. It has a lot of spice for a wheater.

I found this very smooth. Came from a 24 advent calender. Highly recommend

Simple but good for a cocktail.
