Bully Boy Distillers, founded by brothers Dave and Will Willis, is located in Boston, on Charlescote Farm. The brothers started making cider on the family farm and soon discovered a vault in the basement of the farmhouse, which held their grandfather's Prohibition-era spirits and the inspiration for the name of their distillery. Bully Boy was their great-grandfather's work horse, a horse that earned a framed plaque in the vault. Their white rum is made from high-grade molasses, which is slowly fermentated before distillation. Lastly, it is bottled at 40% ABV.
Silver RumAKA Blanco, Light, White. Rum that is usually aged (but not always) and carbon-filtered to remove any color. No specific type or size barrel required. No set time required for aging for most countries with a few exceptions.
