Reviewed December 25, 2020 (edited May 12, 2021)On the nose, the peat is present with rich caramel, anise, sherry and a bit of spice. The palate is soft and complex, with a hint of fine herbs and peppery peat. There is just enough smoke and spice in the finish to make you notice but it's delicious and sweet, with that sightly salty flavor. An amazing whisky that is very enjoyable when in the right mood.
