Tasting Notes
"Quite smoky indeed, as it opens up on touches of smoked bacon and rubber. Vanilla and peanuts are in the background, as well as notes of ripe banana. The palate is dominated by wood smoke and peat at first, before it opens up to sugar water and green apple. Good stuff, which should serve well as an introduction to heavily peated whisky."
