Reviewed December 31, 2020 (edited May 12, 2024)This is the best Bushmills I've had by far. Its a perfect blend, quite sweet but there is still that caramel background from the bourbon barrels. The cognac cask mixing with this delicious juice for 17 years really sets it apart from any Irish dram I've experienced. Closest I can compare it to is Glenlivet 25. Reviewed October 2, 2020 (edited September 17, 2023)Clover honey and apricot notes right out of the bottle. I got flavors of fresh cedar, lemon zest, and a bouquet of flowers, with the citrus being the most prominent, and caramel corn on the finish.
