Cabana Cachaça was released in 2006 by Grain and Barrel Spirits, a South Carolina-based company founded by Matti Anttila. Produced in the Brazilian town of Jaguariúna, this cachaça is double-distilled from pressed sugarcane juice. It spends nine months aging in jequitibá rosa barrels, a wood species native to Brazil.
