Camazotz Oaxacan Rum

Strong olive nose like the other Mexican cane rums I've had, but not as room-filling as Paranubes. Slight ethanol, mildew note but in a good way. Earthy fungus on the palate, rich, vegetal, light grass and anise on the finish. Think I prefer this over the Uruapan.
