So smooth....

I cracked bottle to celebrate the end of this damn pandemic…! Hope I wasn’t too hasty.. Smooth and rich as expected… not woody or overpowering. Definitely ripened red fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, subtle sweetness … We very much enjoyed this dram of 43 year old whiskey…amazing value.

It's like maple syrup with plenty of warm bakers spice: clove, nutmeg, ginger. Some chocolate.

Smooth, complex, and very easy to drink. Notes of orchard & dark fruits, with toffee & peppery spices that blend perfectly with oak.

Very good, bourbon like Nose: Caramel, Vanilla, Cherries, Milk Chocolate, Maple Syrup, Tobacco, Raisins, Pecans, Honey, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Heather, Flowers Palate: Vanilla, Caramel, Cherries, Brown Sugar, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Walnuts, Pecans, Honey, Milk Chocolate Finish: Vanilla, Raisins, Milk Chocolate, Cherries, Plums, Caramel, Bananas, Honey
