Starts a bit bitter with loads of grapefruit but it finishes strong with tons of rhubarb.

Probably my favourite oaked gin yet. I mix it the same way I would mix bourbon or rum in a cocktail. It is also fabulous neat.

A traditional botanical start but then a surprising woody finish wih notes of vanilla and caramel. Very smooth and easy drnking. Nice in a cocktail but also great neat. Due to woody notes, it can be substituted for whiskey in traditional whiskey cocktails.
