Cardamaro

Good but i didnt find it distinguished itself

Love it straight but it’s also great with Pisco and Cochi Americano.

Cardamaro is a wine-based aperitif, infused with cardoon and blessed thistle and aged in oak. Like Cynar, but lighter, more sherry-like, and less bitter. Sweet like vermouth, with citrus. Mix in place of sweet vermouth, like Punt e Mes.
