Cardinal American Dry Gin

A distinctive gin for when I want something a little different. Great gin that brings the juniper, but with heavy doses of spearmint and black licorice. I like it in a gin and tonic with a sprig of mint, although I've found that it takes an extra wedge of lime to balance out the sweetness. A great Modern Style gin made here in NC.
