This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Central Jalisco valley. At Destiladora Juanacatlán, the agave is cooked for 24 hours in stone ovens then cooled for 12 hours.
The juice is then extracted via roller mill and fermented without fibers using natural yeast in open air stainless steel tanks before it is twice distilled on a stainless steel pot still with copper coils. .

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
