Cinnamon, agave, vanilla sweetness, oak barrel on both the nose and palate. Almost no burn. Balanced perfectly between sweet and rich which makes this drink my number 1. After taste is very pleasing, cinnamon candy that lasts through the night.
Despite the raving press for Casamigos, it's generic stuff. Taste is sweet, with notes of barrel char and vanilla, and a slight alcohol kick. I found it a little thin while others that were tasting with me found it rather alcoholic and harsh. I attribute that to the char note which is really pronounced. Beside that I can't say it stands out from any other tequila on the market. Not memorable.
