Produced at the Rosales family distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco, Cascahuin has been making tequila since 1904. An additive free 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila from the Tequila Valley, the Extra Añejo is fermented without fibers in open-air tanks before distillation in copper pot stills.
Aged 48 months in used American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 86 proof.
