caskaskia small batch

Very buttery brown sugar note to this one. Im not one to pick out notes but that is what comes to me on the nose. Mildly sweet. I really like it a lot! I think now that its open i will revisit it in 2 weeks. Hoping it will improve a little more as most do after sitting a bit. Aged 46 months. Revisited after 2 weeks and this is just a butterscotch dream!! Great job from a small local distillery!!
