Castle & Key Restoration Release Vodka is made with one of three mash bills (selection of grains), indicated on each bottle. These mash bills form the base for the brand's upcoming bourbon and rye whiskeys. One is made with 73% white corn, 10% rye, 17% malted barley.
Another is made with 73% white corn, 10% wheat, and 17% malted barley. And finally, one is made with 17% yellow corn, 63% rye, and 20% malted barley. The limited edition vodka is bottled at 80 proof and available at the distillery and at select Kentucky and Tennessee retailers.
