Castle & Key Restoration Rye 2022 (Batch 3)

Really nice flavor on this Rye

First drink impressions; Sweet but light on the nose. It’s bitter on the pallet quickly transitions to melon sweet. Finishes alcohol forward with a nice burn that lingers. Need to send a bit of time with it to know for sure but I would say a solid purchase at <50. Different than EJ, not nearly as good as Sazerac, but better that WT101 Rye’s.
