Slow Hands Single Barrel Straight Rye is just the second whiskey release for Castle & Key. This is one of four single barrels released in the first batch which launched in March 2021 each of which is bottled at cask strength. They are also each made with a mash bill of 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, and 20% malted barley.
There will be about 200 bottles for each cask. Cask #237 was bottled at 115.9 proof.
