The Woolgatherer is an experimental series from Castle & Key and includes all types of spirits from barrel-aged gins to whiskeys among others. The Autumn 2022 release begins with C&K's Restoration Rye (63% rye, 17% corn, 20% malted barley). It is then finished in barrels which formerly held Vino de Naranja wine, a sweet Spanish white wine with macerated orange peel.

RyeRye produced in the US must be made of at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels (no age requirement). Elsewhere, it will be made according to the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.
