Cathead Bristow Gin is produced using Cathead's vodka as a base. It uses 10 different botanicals including juniper, angelica root, cardamon, cassia bark, clove and coriander.
The botanicals are macerated for two weeks, then the gin is redistilled. The gin is aged for three weeks in stainless steel prior to bottling.
