Tequila AñejoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged for at least a year in barrels not to exceed 600 liters. Any type of wood is acceptable, but ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Añejo tequilas are also known as "aged" or "extra aged".

"Bright citrus aromas of tangerine and orange blossom lead with dusty Baker’s chocolate in tow, followed by vanilla-caramel, mild hints of baking spice, black pepper and roasted agave. Baked red apple and black pepper flavors greet you as you bring this añejo to your lips, followed by more caramel, dark chocolate, and a hint of bright lemon peel acidity. The finish is oily with round woody notes, delicate fruit and a lingering rich cocoa flavor. Overall, well-balanced between fresh and baked fruit with a richness and bright acidity and just enough spiciness to keep it lively from beginning to end."
