Cazcanes No. 9 Blanco
This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced in Los Valles, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in an autoclave, crushed by roller mill, fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in a stainless steel pot still.
This expression is distinguished from the No. 7 Blanco in that it is bottled at a higher 100 proof.
