This is the first edition of this limited edition series, celebrating Cedar Ridge's 20th year finishing in wine casks. This is the flagship Iowa Bourbon (mash bill: 74% corn, 14% rye, 12% malted barley) which has been finished in a combination of Tokaji, ruby port, Amontillado sherry casks, and 2nd fill American oak — blended by master blender Murphy Quint.
It is bottled at 100 proof and available in limited quantities as of August, 2025. .

Tasting Notes
"The nose is soft, brambly and slightly herbal, with notes of fresh blackberries, blueberries, sage, and baking spice. The palate takes on a salty peanut butter and jelly flavor profile, with prominent flavors of roasted peanuts, grape and quince jams, and grilled corn on the cob coating the palate. The medium weight finish is long and jammy with hints of salt and cereal richness. "
