Cedar Ridge The QuintEssential Single Cask (BR-19-399)

Starts "tangy" but not the burn you would expect from such a high proof. Not a lot of nose, but a ton of flavor. Sweet - butterscotch or chocolate or something. I started neat and then added one ice cube. Very good.
