Charbay Tequila Blanco

Charbay Tequila Blanco is the creation of Miles and Mark Karakasevic, 12th and 13th generation Charbay Master Distillers. The blue agave used is estate grown at a high altitude in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave plants are cared for for eight years before being harvested and baked for four days in brick ovens. The tequila is double distilled in small copper pot stills before being bottled and distributed.
Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
