Chattanooga Whiskey 91

Uneducated pallet here. Different than bourbon I’ve had. Definitely taste the mash.

Nose and initial taste are sweet and smooth. Finish is slightly awkward, almost medicinal.

Aroma: apples, cinnamon, caramel. Flavor: cinnamon and barrel spice from start to finish with some sweetness Overall: not terribly complex but it's refined and has a nice finish

@Kyle-Metes-Randolph and @jdjmad agree, this is quite weird. @zslug still needs to try it.
